At Relics & Rarities, every item is carefully crafted, hand-painted, and inspected before shipment. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind collectibles and delicate works of art. Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect purchases

    • Buyer's remorse

    • Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance resulting from the handcrafted nature of the item

  • We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

    To request an exchange for a damaged item, please email us with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs of the damaged item

    • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials

    Once the damage claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

    Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available. In such cases, customers may select another available item from our inventory with a value equal to or less than the original purchase price.

  • We cannot offer exchanges for:

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Improper handling or storage

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted products

  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe, secure, and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

    Relics & Rarities is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged by weather, or otherwise compromised after the carrier has marked the package as delivered. We recommend monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Artwork & Commission Policies

  • All artwork sold by Relics & Rarities is original artwork created by the artist using digital illustration tools and drawing tablets. No generative AI is used in the creation of our artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Printed artwork is produced from original digital illustrations. Colors may vary slightly between on-screen images and printed products due to monitor settings, printer calibration, paper materials, and lighting conditions.

    Framed and unframed prints may vary slightly in appearance based on available materials and suppliers.

  • The purchase of artwork or art prints does not transfer copyright ownership.

    All artwork remains the intellectual property of Relics & Rarities and the original artist.

    Artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, copied, modified, used for commercial purposes, minted as NFTs, or used for AI training without prior written permission.

  • Commission requests are accepted at the sole discretion of Relics & Rarities.

    Submission of a commission request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.

  • Custom commissions require full payment before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Once work has started, commission orders are non-refundable.

  • Reasonable revisions may be offered during the creation process at the artist's discretion. Excessive revision requests may incur additional fees.

    Major changes requested after approval of sketches, concepts, or completed artwork may require additional charges.

  • Customers may request cancellation before work has begun for a full refund.

    Once work has started, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

  • Relics & Rarities reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

    The artist retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, advertising, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins.

  • Customers must have the legal right to use any reference images, logos, characters, or materials provided for a commission.

    Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relics & Rarities from any claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials supplied by the customer.

Additional Policies & Disclaimers

  • All products are individually crafted, painted, and finished by hand. Minor variations in color, shading, texture, and finish are normal and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

  • We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen displays, lighting conditions, and photography equipment.

  • Many of our products contain delicate components and should be handled with care. Relics & Rarities is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, accidental drops, misuse, modifications, or storage conditions after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and photos before purchasing. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the listing details and understand the item's specifications.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

  • Processing times listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Relics & Rarities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or handling of any product sold through this website.

  • Relics & Rarities reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
